The artist gets paid
After confirmation we send the money direct to the artist's mobile money account.
Tell us within 7 days. We refund the full amount including what you paid for delivery.
You can return within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is yours unless the fault was ours.
If it hasn't arrived within the promised window plus 5 days, you get a full refund.
Every artist with a verified mark has been checked by VOLTA — we've seen their ID and spoken to them. And the money doesn't reach them until you've received your order.
